CREATIVE DIRECTOR & VISUAL PROBLEM SOLVER. I LOVE TO FIND EXPRESSIVE WAYS TO TELL A BRAND’S STORY. I STRIVE TO KEEP THAT STORYTELLING AUTHENTIC, SIMPLE & RELEVANT IN TODAY’S MULTICULTURAL WORLD.
During my 15+ year career my work has focused on brand strategy and digital/traditional marketing. I understand the value of data driven decisions and how content led design can bring that value to the customer. I am equally at home in digital and print. My brand strategy and campaign work has won several national awards. I worked on Amazon’s worldwide homepage style guides that contributed to successful Prime Day’s in both 2018 and 2019, as well as the most financially successful to date Holiday seasons in both 2018 and 2019. Most recently in 2021/2022 I led a design team in the complete rebrand and redesign of an artificial intelligence company taking their look from a mishmash of things they’d used in the past to a sleek, cohesive pulled together brand that showcases their expertise in the industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, I’ve spent a lot of time traveling and living abroad in Central America, South America and Europe.
I have experience in corporate environments, agency settings, startups and more. B to B as well as B to C. I love that intersection where culture and design meets trust and dependability. I think that is where truly good brand storytelling is born.
